Priced per clinic. Quoted after we have seen yours.

We do not publish a per-seat number, because the honest answer depends on how many locations you run, how many staff need access, and what has to be migrated. What we can publish is exactly what is included at each level, and what is genuinely extra.

Single clinic

One location, one or two doctors, front desk and a dispensary.

Third-party costsWhatsApp conversation charges, payment processing fees and certification body audit fees are not ours. They are passed through at cost and named on the quote, not folded into a headline number.

Included, not upsold

Things other systems charge extra for.

Each of these is the kind of line item that turns a cheap-looking quote into an expensive year.

Migrating your history

Patients, visits, diagnoses, prescriptions, invoices and inventory from your current system, reconciled against the source, with a trial copy to check before cut-over.

NEHR submission and rectification

Building the message, tracking it, and fixing what comes back rejected. This is core product, not a compliance module sold separately.

All four interface languages

English, 中文, Bahasa Melayu and தமிழ் — and patient-facing output in the patient’s language.

Every module

We do not gate dispensing, reporting or messaging behind a higher tier. What differs between levels is scale and support, not whether the software does its job.

Your data export

Full export in open formats with a data dictionary, whenever you want it, including on the way out.

Updates

Continuous, without a version upgrade project and without a licence renegotiation.

Genuinely extra

What costs more, and why.

Service

Cyber Essentials

Taking your clinic through the CSA Cyber Essentials mark for HIA Entities — documents, remediation and the audit — is a separate service, quoted by clinic size and endpoint count.

Build

A new integration

A laboratory or payer we do not yet support is a scoped adapter build. We will tell you the shape of it before you commit.

Service

On-site work

Remediation, device configuration and on-site training days beyond onboarding.

You buy

Hardware

Label printers, card terminals and replacement endpoints are yours to buy — we will tell you what works rather than resell it to you.

Fit

Where we are the wrong choice.

A demo where nobody says no is a demo you cannot trust. These are the cases where we will tell you so on the call.

  • You are not in Singapore. Almost everything specific about this product — NEHR, Singpass, the identifier standard, the timezone rules — is Singapore-shaped, and none of it helps you elsewhere.
  • You need a specialty workflow we have not built. Some disciplines need charting we do not have. We would rather say that than fit you into a general note.
  • You want to keep your current billing system. The value here comes from clinical, dispensing and billing sharing one record; splitting them off gives you two systems and a reconciliation job.
  • You need it live next week. Migration and verification take longer than that if they are done honestly.

FAQ

Pricing questions

Why not publish a number?

Because the number that would be honest for a single-doctor clinic and the number that would be honest for a six-location group are far enough apart that publishing either one misleads the other. You get a written quote after a thirty-minute call.

Is there a setup fee?

Onboarding and migration are part of the engagement rather than a surprise line. Where the historical data is unusually large or messy, we say so before you sign, not after.

What is the contract length?

Monthly for single clinics; groups usually prefer an annual agreement for the rate. There is no lock-in on the data — the export is always available.

Are there grants?

For first-time Cyber Essentials certification there may be CSA grant support, limited to Singapore-registered SMEs and NPOs within the published size limits. We will point you at what applies; we do not administer it.

Next step

See it against your own clinic day.

Thirty minutes, screen shared, using your workflow — your busiest hour, your payer mix, your claim types. We will tell you plainly if we are the wrong fit.

No slide deck. No obligation.
